You can install the groupware like an app. This has the following advantages:
You can start the groupware by clicking the respective icon.
The space on the screen is better utilized as no address bar or tabs are displayed.
The groupware loading times are shorter and data consumption is lower as certain data is stored locally (caching).
How to install the groupware on a computer like an app:
Sign in to the groupware on a computer.
Click the icon in the menu bar. Click on . Follow the instructions.
Result: An icon will be created on the desktop. The groupware will be displayed in a separate browser window with no address bar and tabs.
How to install the groupware on a mobile device like an app:
Sign in to the groupware on a computer.
Depending on the configuration, use one of the following wizards:
Click the icon in the menu bar. Click on . The wizard will be launched.
The first page includes an instruction for setting up the groupware on a mobile device.
Click the icon in the menu bar. Click on . The last page includes an instruction for setting up the groupware on a mobile device.
